I am an artist; I create my art using a camera as my paintbrush and the earth as my palette.

I first got into photography in 2002 at the age of 21 when I purchased my first DSLR Camera, a Nikon D60, and it quickly became my first love. Before that, I was the disposable camera king; the extent of my photo taking was shot on film cameras that you would literally throw away after you completed your 30 shots.

With my new DSLR, I quickly became obsessed, and if I were on an adventure, you would surely see my camera in my hand. Of course, at the time, it was just "taking pictures," but as I reflect back, you could call me an adventure/landscape photographer.

Seeking out incredible scenery to capture and share with the world.

I want to think that I have adventured and explored more than most. The destination would always be to seek out mind-blowing scenery, exploding sunsets, and interesting acts of nature. My photography gave me a way to bring back and share these photos with friends and family that did not have the same opportunities to see these incredible sites firsthand.

the next chapter

Up until recently, photography has been a passion and a hobby, It's much more than that for me now. I want it to define me. With upgraded equipment, decades of experience behind the lens, and a renewed passion to make photography more than just a hobby the next chapter has begun.
